DR ADAOBI IJEOMA BISI-ONYEMAECHI obtained her medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 2003 and graduated as the third best in her class. She completed her post graduate training in Paediatrics and Child health in 2014 with the prestigious Dr Adeoye and Adedayo Adeniyi prize for being the best candidate in research in Clinical Paediatrics. She has Masters degrees in both Public Health and Tropical paediatrics. In 2016, she completed a post graduate programme in paediatric nutrition. Her research interests are in childhood epilepsy, child nutrition and brain development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and Community/Social paedaitrics. She is the current South east Immunization Ambassador of the Paediatric Association of Nigeria.
