Dr Ajare Enyereibe Chuks was born in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state on the 3rd of July. He attended the State Primary School 1, Olanada, Rumuola, Port-Harcourt where he obtained the First School Leaving Certificate, in 1986. He then proceeded to the prestigious Stella Maris College, Port-Harcourt for his secondary education and finished in 1992 obtaining the West African School Certificate. He got admission to study Medicine and Surgery in 1995 at Abia State University, Uturu and graduated in 2003 with MBBS degree, as a Medical Doctor. He then proceeded to do his one year housemanship at the University of Port-Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) in 2004. After which he advanced to do his one year compulsory national youth service at the State Specialist Hospital, Ikole, Ekiti State.
