obtained her first medical degree (MB;BS) from the University of Port Harcourt (2004). She is a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College, Faculty of Paediatrics (2016). She was appointed a Lecturer in the Department of Paediatrics in 2016 and presently a Lecturer 1. Areas of interest include Emergency Paediatrics and General Paediatrics where she has peer-reviewed publications. She is married with three children and a member of professional associations including Paediatric Association of Nigeria (PAN), Society of Emergency Practioners of Nigeria (SEMPON) and Nigeria Medical Association (NMA).
