Dr Nkiru Zuada Nwachukwu is a Lecturer I in the Department of Ophthalmolgy, College of Medicine, University of Nigeria, Ituku-Ozalla and an honorary Consultant Ophthalmologist with the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu.

Dr Nwachukwu joined the services of University of Nigeria in May, 2017 after completing her residency training at UNTH in 2016. She is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. Her subspecialty areas of interest are Oculoplastic surgery and Glaucoma.

Dr Nwachukwu is currently undergoing Long-term training in Oculopastic surgery at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, India.
