Born on Sunday 5^th May 1974 at Adazi-Nnukwu currently in Anaocha LGA of Anambra State.I had my primary education from 1979 to 1985 and secondary education from 1985 to 1991.From 1992 to 2000 I had my undergraduate medical training at the University of Nigeria College of Medicine and obtained MBBS in 2000.I then did the one year housemanship from 2001 to 2002 and NYSC from 2002 to 2003.I worked as a medical officer in a private hospital before commencing residency training in 2004.I undertook postgraduate medical education with the West African College of Surgeons and obtained Fellowship of the College(WACS) in October 2009.I was appointed a consultant Pediatric Surgeon at the Federal Medical Centre Umuahia from November 2010 to May 2011.From May 2011 to October 2015 I was a hospital Consultant at the University of Nigeria teaching Hospital Ituku/Ozalla Enugu. From October 2015,I was appointed a Senior lecturer in the Sub-Department of Pediatric Surgery and honorary consultant Pediatric surgeon in UNTH.I have been the Acting Head of Sub-Pediatric Surgery from 1^st August 2018.I have more than twenty-five publications in Peer-reviewed journals.
