Adaeze C. Ayuk obtained her undergraduate medical education at the University of Nigeria Enugu; Pediatric Fellowship (National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria), subspecialist in Pediatric pulmonology (University of Cape Town South Africa) with distinction. She won the 2011 American Thoracic Society (ATS) research grant award on spirometric reference range in children in South east Nigeria. She won the young investigators award at the Conference of International Pediatric Pulmonologist (CIPP) conference in Thailand in 2012. She currently works as a Senior lecturer and a Consultant Pediatrician in the pulmonology firm of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Enugu Nigeria.
